Shift: 6:00AM - 9:00PM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, experienced in handling bank and credit card reconciliations, and able to manage financial data accurately and consistently. This role is critical to ensuring our financial records remain current, organized, and compliant.

ABOUT YOU:

Must-Haves (Required Qualifications)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online (including manual input and transaction downloads).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
• Ability to review financial reports (Profit & Loss, detail reports, monthly summaries).
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial data with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Understanding of GAAP principles and standard bookkeeping practices.

Like-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with document management systems (Google Drive, SharePoint, Excel, or similar).
• Strong communication skills for clarifying transaction details with team members.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) for supporting a diverse client base.
